What will you be doing:

Showcase excellent leadership and interpersonal skills and passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.

  • Monitor and ensure the Food and Beverage service operations are running smoothly
  • Assist with scheduling, development and overall co-ordination of the department.
  • Champion on job learning for team members that cover; cost control, inventory, service professionalism, grooming, service quality as well as SOPS training amongst others are conducted.
  • Ensure that the Food & Beverage team deliver exceptional & professional guest service at all times
  • Work with all departments to ensure that service times are adhered to

Your experience and skills include:

  • 3 years’ experience within the Food, Beverage and Conference sector.
  • College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation in a  5 star or premium property
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork
  • A passion for sequence of service and a desire to create an amazing experience for every single guest
  • Excellent leadership & training skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Up to date with current trends
