Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieving monthly volume & value sales to the dealer channel of all water & sanitation solutions manufactured by the company,
- Achieving collection targets,
- Adhering to route weekly/monthly route/visit plans.
- Ensuring monthly volume and revenue sales & collection target achievement.
- Deploying BDS (Business Development Strategy – growth from existing customers, getting new customers & reviving lost customers),
- Ensuring business volume & revenue.
- Degree/ Diploma in business related field
- 5+ Building Construction Industry experience with water tank sales experience preferred
- Extensive field sales experience in selling to Hardware Shops, Building/construction material distributors & dealers
