In March 2022, DP World became the sole owner of Imperial.
Imperial’s Logistics Africa business is the leading supplier of logistics solutions in South Africa, as well as one of the largest on the African continent, offering Contract Logistics, Road Freight, and Lead Logistics Provider services. The Logistics International business, headquartered in Duisburg, Germany, manages all Group logistics activities (including Contract Logistics and Freight) outside of Africa. Imperial’s Market Access business builds complex route-to-market solutions that give principals access to consumers and patients across Africa by integrating sourcing, sales, demand generation, distribution, marketing, and promotions into comprehensive channel strategies.
