Housing Finance Company Limited (HFC Limited), also known as Housing Finance, is a commercial bank operating in Kenya that is regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya, the country’s central bank and national banking regulator. As one of the leading mortgage lenders in Kenya, HFC had granted KSh33.7 billion (about US$302 million) in mortgage loans by December 2019, making it the second-largest mortgage lender in the market. The largest mortgage lender at that time was Kenya Commercial Bank, with KSh64.3 billion (about US$577 million) in mortgage loans.
